Museumnacht Venlo | Ballroom 101 with House of Vineyard

On Friday 8 May 2026 Limburgs Museum and museum van Bommel van Dam will open their doors for the second edition of Museumnacht Venlo and House of Confetti will be part of it.

This is the perfect moment to experience a museum visit in a different way. Both locations will showcase their recently opened exhibitions:

At museum van Bommel van Dam:
✔ Grijs! Art on Aging
✔ Nachtleven – Hanny Korevaar en Armand Bouten

At Limburgs Museum:
✔ Over de grens – Criminaliteit in Limburg

Especially for this occasion we present to you Ballroom 101 with House of Vineyard from 22:45 – 23:30 at Limburgs Museum.

Legendary Mother Amber Vineyard breaks it all down: the art of posing, where ballroom categories come from and why they matter. Every category is a chance to reclaim what the world told you wasn’t enough or was too much.

DJ Frandy Perezz transforms the classroom into a club and together we work on understanding that your presence is something you build and there’s power when you put it into a pose.

“1…2…3… Now hold that pose for me!”

In addition to this, a rich program has been put together by various other collectives including City Venlo, FLUJAS Collectief, Aangenaam, Co. de Cultuurontwikkelaar, Street Culture Venlo and TrapLab Radio. Artist and city poet Emirhan X is the guest curator and ambassador.
